Panellists included a number of international investors who look for exciting early stage fintech and blockchain companies and help them to reach their next stage of development.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Topics explored included what these investors are looking for when investing in a fintech start-up and what makes a project stand out from the rest of the crowd. Management with solid industry experience was an important factor for Aditya Nagarsheth of Red Pill Enterprises, with the use of blockchain for driving innovation critical for other members of the panel. Also discussed was why ICOs themselves are attractive to both companies and investors compared to traditional equity investments.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Looking to the future of ICOs, views were given on how regulation of the industry might affect both investors and companies looking to raise money in the coming years. Protecting investors from dubious schemes was given as an important goal, balanced with maintaining an ecosystem which makes it easy and less burdensome for companies to raise money through the issuance of crypto assets.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Various interesting views were given on whether the current \u201ccrypto winter\u201d is coming to an end, with the panellists discussing what they hope to happen in the blockchain space in the near future.
