Swiss Serene was established in the UK in 2015 and later acquired the 51% equity in Swiss Serene India Limited in 2018. The Indian subsidiary has developed the software and platform to support the business operations. This platform is used to source the leads for business and general marketing. In this way, Swiss Serene limited leverages the low Indian cost base for revenues earned internationally.
Swiss Serene provides tailor-made or customised tourist/travel packages to individuals and groups. The aim is for the traveller to have the ability and choice in order to personalise their travel itinerary according to their needs and preferences. Their focus is on leisure, business and corporate travel arena which is increasingly adopting consumer technology and insight.
During the last three years, the management has invested in technology and they believe they have established themselves as a Destination Management Company (DMC) for Europe with unique products and good customers testimonials. Swiss Serene ambition is to be a luxury DMC of choice. Based on the warm response received from customers, Swiss Serene have recently launched Asia Serene to cater to Asian Destinations for the worldwide tourist visiting Asian destinations. In the current year, Swiss Serene have planned investments in technology and social media marketing to gain tractions with FIT and Corporates to further strengthen our presence.
