This is an opportunity to invest in a venture that whilst in its early stages is poised to repeat a previously proven and successful business model. Having experienced previous success in the same software market sector, Martin Hiles & Nigel Reading are back doing it again with their new venture - Smartway2.
Smartway2 is a modern smart phone, cloud based booking system for the workplace, which allows resources such as Meeting Rooms and Desks to be booked simply and quickly whilst on the move. It is fully scalable, supporting multiple locations, currencies, languages and time zones, and integrates with Microsoft Outlook, making this a solution suitable for both the Small, Medium and Large corporate market sectors.
Smartway2 is now launched to the market and receiving positive and exciting reviews. The company consists of a team that have previously worked together very successfully to produce a “best of breed” meeting room and desk booking solution that culminated in an exciting trade sale during 2011.
Early feedback from our clients and prospects clearly indicates that people love Smartway2, it looks and feels better than our competitors, and they like the fact that they can have an internally demonstrable system operational in just minutes. Indications are that clients like the way that we interact with them, they have confidence in our ability to deliver and that we are competitively priced in the market.
Initial seed funding of £130,000 was raised in April 2014 in order to fund product development. Round 2 funding commenced in November 2014, so support marketing activities and todate has resulted in a further £150,000 being invested at the current share price.
The company is offering a maximum of 3600 shares of 10p for £27.78. The sub division of each existing £1 share into 10p shares will take place after the completion of the fundraise.
