Stage Two
Fund-raising (1) to support a sales drive managed by Dave Lyons based on internet marketing best practice, (2) to pay modest salaries and (3) to develop the feature film version of 'A Flash of Lightning'.
Tax Relief
City Fiction has been successful in obtaining clearance from HMRC that its shares qualify for SEIS relief. It has used up this allowance. City Fiction is now obtaining confirmation that the shares being issued under this current offer will qualify for EIS relief.
