We are inviting investors to invest in model portfolio of companies that are or have sought funds on the Crowd for Angels crowdfunding platform. Each company mentioned later in this document has been through our thorough due diligence process and approved to be included on our website. As a note, we have historically only accepted 7 out of every 100 companies who apply to raise funds on our site.
Our model portfolio is based on a minimum investment of £1,000. The funds are invested in five companies. The maximum weighting is 25% and these tend to be companies that have a trading history and offer EIS. The companies offering SEIS are each allocated 12.5%.
This model portfolio approach will provide investors with diversification among a number of companies and industries.
For every £1,000 invested in the Model Portfolio there will be tax relief of about £350 available, which is a mix of SEIS & EIS tax reliefs.

Trippki is a live operational hotel booking platform, with over 1.6m hotels around the world, that accepts payment in cryptocurrency for a massively growing crypto community who want to grow the ecosystem. Trippki is one of the first travel companies to accept cryptocurrencies as a means of payment for hotels. This is exciting considering the growth at which Bitcoin wallets are being created year on year.
Approximately 45M blockchain wallets have been opened to date with huge growth expected to come. Considering this growth at which bitcoin wallets are being created year on year, they want to be the go-to crypto travel company. Trippki, in due course, will be expanding its offering to Airline, Car Rental and Cruise Bookings.
GemTrax.io Ltd (gemtrax.io)
The GemTrax Mobile App provides buyers & sellers of precious stones a comprehensive set of physical, logical & administrative protocols paired with blockchain technology to ensure the integrity of information.
GemTrax vision includes creating a digital marketplace for buyers and sellers of diamonds and gemstones to conduct business. We will reach out to as many participants in the supply chain as possible to join the marketplace to make it as broad based and inclusive as possible.
O-Zone Technologies
O-ZONE TECHNOLOGIES is building one of the world's first 3D WEB Extended reality(XR) Social Marketplace. A new immersive experience where users can explore and buy products in a new way while connecting with each other. Goldman Sachs predicts that the Digital Twin industry is supposed to exceed 20B by 2025. VR/AR is already a multi billion dollar market.
