Opportunity
New HTML5 technology used in mobile devices brings games with greatly improved graphics and entertainment. Fantasy Factory as a HTML5 games developer is well placed to benefit from the strong demand for mobile content, creating new games and replacing old game stock. The margins are attractive and the company estimates generating good cash flow in the short term and a total of £3.5m of revenues over the first three years.
Fantasy Factory's first game, East Bay Fortune, is scheduled to be ready for the operator market within the next few weeks and launch in 2014. Two other games, Summit Challenge and Temple Quest will follow shortly thereafter and five games in total are planned for the first year of trading.
Fantasy Factory is raising £150,000 for 10% of its equity. New shareholders will also share in dividend payments which are planned for the second and third years trading after meeting targeted revenues.
Fantasy Factory solution
Fantasy Factory entered a game distribution contract in May 2014 with Gibraltar based Odobo Ltd, an HTML5 specialist with approximately 80 staff, and thereby gained direct access to many of the leading internet gaming operators (eg Bet365, Betfair, Coral and others) who integrate their operating systems into Odobo to gain easy access to new games provided by game developers such as Fantasy Factory.
Pre-money valuation
East Bay Fortune has been completed subject to certification and is positioned to generate revenue without further investment. Discounting future estimated earnings from this game calculates a valuation between £0.8m and £1.6m. Taking into account the money and time needed to build the game the pre-money valuation calculates at approximately £1.3m

SEIS tax relief

Target Market
Fantasy Factory targets the leading operators in the internet gaming industry who represent a large proportion of the mobile global online gaming market. It is expected that the global mobile gambling market will generate just over €19bn of gross win by 2018 which would represent approximately 44% of all interactive gambling and approximately 5% of all gambling. Competition
Certain leading operators such as Net Entertainment and Playtech design their own games in-house. However the industry demand is large enough to accommodate other suppliers and FF believes that its specialisation in mobile technology will keep it ahead of new technical development and give FF the ability to build the most popular games.
Mission
Fantasy Factory’s plan is to build a technical team and become a world class games designer with a strong brand, keeping abreast of HTML5 evolution and all new technical developments required to build the most innovative and entertaining games.
The target will be to grow a business with a strong cash flow providing an ongoing yield to shareholders in the form of dividends and a firm financial base from which to consider profitable application of technical expertise to other associated activities.
