Filmeeze is designed to make it easier to make it easier to order food and line up latest movie to enjoy a night in from the comfort of the sofa.
Its launch market (UK & Ireland) is the largest market for home delivery/takeaway in Europe worth £6.4bn (Euromonitor) in an overall takeaway and fast food market worth £30bn.
Movies offered by Filmeeze are just missed new release titles straight out of theatre (cinema) in the same window as DVD sales and iTunes.
3 initial food partners signed up including a global US burger brand.
The experienced team has come from successful exit of TV VOD platform Acetrax sold to Sky in 2012 and is being taken to market by the world’s No.1 and No.2 TV manufacturers (Samsung and LG) accounting for
7 out of every 10 TVs sold. Angel investment in 2014 with £150k enabled product to be built and is now being tested by Samsung and LG to launch next month.
