We have launched a private beta that is exclusive to certain parts of London. We are now accepting orders online via our website and social media platforms. Please note that until we officially launch the Kuuka App, as an interim this a private launch to selected drivers only for some limited number of pre-selected delivery requests. This allows providing opportunities to our delivery drivers so that they can earn an additional income whilst we build and enhance our app which will majorly be through the feedback from the beta phase. The number of early adopters on our waiting list keeps growing and we have now begun onboarding drivers. Our user engagement across our website and social media has been very high with highlights such as 10K website visits and 12.5K views on social media after our ads smoke tests.

Customer Acquisition

Our Targeted customer will be customers looking for quick, efficient hassle-free last-mile delivery solutions for their loved ones. We then aim to target customers whos main pain points are speed, control and better management of delivery. With Kuuka instant delivery is no longer going to be a hefty premium service to be bought, but an affordable option that you can choose every single day. We will acquire our customers mainly through the following:

  1. Paid Marketing - We will use Pay-Per-Click or sponsored adverts to drive traffic to our website and app.
  2. Blogging - We will be constantly releasing content on our website, social media and medium account.
  3. Social Media - We make full use of paid advertising on platforms such as  LinkedIn for our blogs posts as it as the most organic outreach. For video content will make sure to utilise Tik Tok has it has emerged as one of the platforms with huge organic outreach.
  4. Email Marketing - We will aim to respectfully engage our customers and businesses with our weekly and monthly newsletters. 


Startup Financing Requirements 

Kuuka is currently in the process of raising a round of £500K in equity investment at a valuation of £2.5M (Non-convertible debt) funding. Up to £350K will be raised through Crowdfunding and the remainder will be from private investors. We are requesting a minimum of £25K per investor outside the Crowdfunding round. 

We are seeking investment to propel the company forward to the next stage of revenue generation, including the establishment of key per channel partnerships, and further advance product development. 

The money will be deployed in the following main areas:

  • Set up a scalable IT infrastructure system - To build, scale and manage the system.
  • Sales and Marketing - The company will run a robust marketing campaign to form strategic partnerships with companies established in the target market.
  • Training of Staff, effective onboarding and salaries - Staff will be paid a modest salary so that their financial needs are met while they also get to enjoy an additional incentive tied to the success of the company.
