Imagine driving down a road that has more broken cars, bikes and vans than functioning vehicles. This is the unfortunate scene all satellites are faced with today due to the growing amount of debris in orbit. The crucial difference is that most orbital debris is invisible, collisions are unavoidable and everything is travelling at 17,000 mph.
Orbital debris tracking is a disruptive new sector with dramatic grow: we calculate that by 2030 over 625 satellites will be lost each year due to orbital debris collisions - leading to an annual loss of £4.5 billion. This does not include the billions of pounds lost in disruption to services on Earth that rely on satellite data.
ODIN Space has the highest resolution sensors available with 1000x higher precision than competing technologies. Our risk management software will improve the safety and sustainability of all space assets at every point in their mission cycle. This represents a potential £1 billion annual revenue stream.
We invite you to invest in ODIN Space and join us on our mission to protect the future of space for everyone.
100+ years experience | 30+ space missions | 100% success rate
Our team of world experts have a proven track recorded working on numerous NASA and European Space Agency projects. See more in the Directors and Team tab above.
Deliver the most precise and reliable data on orbital debris via our state-of-the-art network of impact sensors on every satellite, on every orbit.
Orbital debris collisions represent the single greatest risk to every space asset. The increasing number of satellites and subsequent orbital debris will render space unusable unless we act now.
Invisible
Debris smaller than 10 cm is invisible to current tracking technologies. A lack of data means the space industry is unable to react to the growing threat of small-scale debris.
Lethal
Orbital debris the size of a pea has the same energy as a bowling ball travelling at 300 mph. This can destroy a satellite instantly.
Expensive
We estimate that by 2030 over 625 satellites per year will be lost due to orbital debris collisions, totalling £4.5 billion in annual losses.
Track debris | Prevent collisions | Protect space assets
Accurate and reliable orbital debris insights will enable space companies to mitigate the risks posed by orbital debris collisions during their design phase and while in-orbit. Our ODIN detectors will acquire and process orbital debris data, providing user-friendly risk management products and services described below.
Pre-launch Risk Assessment
Pre-launch risk assessment software that enables satellite designers to minimise the threat small-scale debris poses to their key systems.
In-orbit Risk Management
In-orbit risk management software that provides live updates on the orbital debris risk at any given time across every orbit.
Dash Cams
Sensors that provide an additional diagnostic tool for operators following a collision, both for operational purposes and insurance claims.
Collision Certification
An independent measure of risk that insurance companies, satellite operators and investors can use to assess the collision risk faced by a satellite.
We have highlighted our traction to date via a number of different advancements and achievements.
Technology Advancements
ODIN sensors have been successfully fabricated, calibrated and tested in the laboratory.
Accelerator Programmes
Completed the UK Space Agency LEO Accelerator Programme in collaboration with Entrepreneurial Spark.
Currently enrolled on the UK Space Agency GEO Accelerator Programme.
Letters of Interest
Letters of interest from customers in the insurance, satellite services and manufacturing industries.
Collaborations
Collaborations established with scientists and engineers at the Space Sciences Laboratory, UC Berkeley and the University of Kent.
We have projected a total addressable market in excess of $1.15 billion annually by 2030. This is based on an approximate 50,000 satellites launched over the next 8 years and revenue generation from our products and services.
$1.15 Billion
On-Orbit Risk Management: $15k annually recurring subscription per satellite (up to 50k satellites in 2030).
Dash Cams: $16k Dash Cam pack per satellite for 10.5k new satellites launched in 2030.
Collision Certification: $2.5k fee per certified satellite (up to 50k satellites in 2030).
ODIN Detectors: $10k per detector for upto 10.5k new satellites launched in 2030.
Our technology will be the only product available on the market that offers all of the following features:
£656,000 Max Raise | 10% Equity | £0.0656 per Share
We have opted to raise a portion of our funds early to deliver value and increase our technology readiness level as quickly as possible while minimising risk to investors.
