Crowd for Angels (UK) Limited (CFA), the issuer of the Crowd Bond, is incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company number 03064807. Our offices are located at unit B110 The Fuel Tank, 8-12 Creekside, Deptford, London SE8 3DX.
CFA is an FCA authorised and regulated crowdfunding platform which launched in 2014 for both debt and equity funding. It has, over a number of years, developed a sophisticated platform and has successfully funded a number of companies.
CFA is also approved by HMRC as a manager for the Innovative Finance ISA (IF-ISA). The IF-ISA can be used to shelter bonds and loans issued by crowdfunding platforms and P2P companies. According to HMRC Data (June 2021), it is estimated that there are over 126,000 IF-ISA accounts with a cumulative amount invested of £1.07 billion.
CFA has over £3 million under management in IF-ISAs. We continue to be approached by company administrators and individual investors seeking to transfer their IF-ISA portfolios to our management. These are fee paying clients and attractive to CFA.
This has resulted in an increased need for working capital to cover costs such as updating our software and systems and the additional cost of meeting the new regulatory environment.
Crowd for Angels is offering 150,000 £1 crowd bonds with a term of 18 months. The bond is secured by a floating charge on the assets of the company and pays 8.00% interest per annum, with interest payments made semi-annually (every 180 days).
The Crowd for Angels’ Bond is eligible for inclusion in an Innovative Finance ISA (IF-ISA), which can be opened through our platform. Interest payments on IF-ISA eligible crowd bonds are able to be earned free of income tax*.

The bond and interest will be paid through CFA resources.
